Founder and President, Greg Bakmazian has over ten years of residential and commercial building/restoration experience in Southern California. Along with his ten years of fire, water, wind and earthquake restoration, he has consulted as a licensed general contractor on behalf of many leading insurance companies on large scale losses.

Greg Bakmazian is a certified inspector through Professional Home Inspection Institute (PHII). In addition to his technical knowledge, he also carries several certifications in restoration and general contracting.
